How about Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablets

Dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets have been shown to be significantly effective in the treatment of premature ejaculation and poor ejaculatory control in adult male patients aged 18 to 64 years. Current clinical research suggests that the treatment of premature ejaculation with Dapoxetine Hydrochloride Tablets may be related to the fact that Dapoxetine inhibits neuronal reuptake of 5-hydroxytryptamine, which in turn affects the potential difference between the neurotransmitter’s action on the cell’s pre- and postsynaptic receptors. Side effects of dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets are generally transient and manifest as mild headache, nausea and other symptoms.
