Other manifestations such as: Fungal infection will appear localized lymph node enlargement, fever; Rickettsia infection may appear erythematous papules, pustules or scabs; EBV infection may cause fever, hepatosplenomegaly, pharyngitis and other symptoms; Tuberculosis infection or low afternoon fever, night sweats, emaciation and other symptoms of tuberculosis poisoning.
