At present, three new coronavirus vaccines produced by five companies have been approved for conditional marketing or emergency use in China, including inactivated new coronavirus vaccine, adenovirus vector vaccine and recombinant subunit vaccine. To get a better immunization effect, the vaccination needs to receive the whole immunization. Currently, there are two doses of the full vaccine and three doses of the full vaccine; after the first dose has been administered, subsequent vaccinations should be completed according to the immunization program. However, there are different requirements for the vaccination interval for different types of New Coronavirus vaccines, as follows: Inactivated New Coronavirus vaccine: 2 doses in total, with a recommended vaccination interval of ≥3 weeks between 2 doses, and the second dose completed as early as possible within 8 weeks. Recombinant neocoronavirus vaccine (CHO cells): 3 doses in total; interval between 2 adjacent doses is recommended to be ≥4 weeks. The 2nd dose should be completed as early as possible within 8 weeks after the 1st dose, and the 3rd dose should be completed as early as possible within 6 months after the 1st dose. In the process of completing the immunization program, if there are special circumstances such as the vaccine cannot continue to be supplied or the recipient is vaccinated in a different location, and the vaccination cannot be completed with the same vaccine product, vaccination can be completed with other vaccine products from the same type of manufacturer according to the Technical Guideline for Vaccination against New Coronavirus (First Edition). However, it should be noted that after vaccination, it is necessary to stay for 30 minutes; keep the skin of the vaccination area clean and avoid scratching the vaccination site with hands; report any suspected adverse reaction to the vaccination unit and seek medical attention if needed. In addition, if a serious allergic reaction occurs during the first dose of either recombinant subunit vaccine or inactivated vaccine, and it is determined through diagnosis that it was caused by the vaccine, subsequent vaccination should be stopped. After vaccination with the new coronavirus vaccine, if nucleic acid screening is required for the prevention and control of the new coronavirus outbreak, nucleic acid testing should also be performed in cooperation with the relevant authorities. Nucleic acid testing may still be positive or develop after vaccination for the following reasons: 1. After full vaccination, individuals who have not received effective protection due to immunization failure may detect positive nucleic acid or develop disease due to infection with the new coronavirus after exposure to the new coronavirus in this population. 2. It takes a period of time after vaccination for the vaccine to have a protective effect. If they become infected with the new coronavirus during this period, they may test positive for nucleic acid or develop the disease. 3. Patients in the incubation period of the disease or asymptomatic infected persons may still test positive for nucleic acid or develop the disease because they have been infected, even after vaccination. Since the above-mentioned groups of people may become infected, the certificate of vaccination against the new coronavirus cannot replace the nucleic acid test report.
