Nose always have boogers and crusts may be caused by environmental factors, chronic rhinitis and nasal vestibulitis. 1. Environmental factors: when the patient is in a dry climate for a long time or works in a dusty place, the symptom of having boogers and crusts in the nose will appear. 2. Chronic rhinitis: in patients with dry rhinitis and atrophic rhinitis, the nasal mucosa is dry, and the capillaries are brittle, bleeding and crusting, which results in the symptom of boogers and crusts in the nose. 3. Nasal vestibulitis: nasal secretions increase such as acute and chronic rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal foreign body, allergic rhinitis and nasal sinus specific infections, nasal secretions stimulate the nasal vestibular skin causing inflammation. Acute stage manifested as pain in the nasal vestibule, local skin redness, swelling, tenderness, heavy skin erosion or cracking, with a thin crust on the surface.
