What does cervical polyps and a 2+ leukocyte leukorrhea mean?

Cervical polyps suggest that a woman has polyps on her cervix, while a white blood cell count of 2+ suggests a possible bacterial infection of the reproductive system. Cervical polyps are polyps formed when the uterine cervix proliferates and protrudes toward the outer opening of the cervix. The cause of cervical polyps is not entirely clear, but may be related to cervical infection and elevated estrogen. Patients with cervical polyps have no obvious symptoms, but some people may experience symptoms such as menstrual abnormalities. Leukocytes 2+ in the leukorrhea suggests an increase in leukocytes in the vaginal secretions of women. Generally when there is a bacterial infection, if cervical polyps and leukocytes 2+ appear at the same time, there is a higher chance of having a bacterial infection of the cervix. When cervical polyps and leukocytes 2+ are present in the clinic, they need to be actively treated under the guidance of a doctor.
