The white vulvar opening of women is also known as the white vaginal opening: 1. it may be normal leukorrhea secretion. 2. it may be leukorrhea secretion caused by vaginal inflammation, which flows to the vulvar opening and becomes white. 3. it may be vulvar leukoplakia that causes the vaginal opening to become white, thinning of the skin, dryness, itching and burning pain, which is caused by various reasons. If the first condition is caused by vaginal inflammation, it is better to give lotion and topical medication. If vulvar leukoplakia is the cause, then herbal fumigation or steroid hormone drugs should be given for external application and standardized treatment, which will provide some relief. Therefore, when a woman’s vulva becomes white, she must go to the hospital to give timely diagnosis and treatment.
