What is the syncope evidence

  Syncope is a broad and narrow distinction between syncope and syncope.  Syncope is the name of the disease evidence in Chinese medicine. It is a comprehensive name that includes multiple types of diseases and multiple symptoms. Historically, the Chinese medical literature recorded syncope, off, the meaning is complex, the concept is vague, many names, different theories. To the Ming Zhang Jingyue founded syncope evidence and theory, only then appeared syncope (class) off disease (class) syncope evidence of the academic momentum of the tripod. It created a new model for the classification of syncope evidence, standardized definition, treatment, and construction of a unified academic theory.  Accordingly, we combine clinical, literature, experimental research, and epidemiological findings to classify syncope as broad and narrow. The narrow sense refers exclusively to the critical illnesses that “are caused by the separation of yin and yang, which leads to syncope and violent death; those who revert are light, those who do not revert are very serious” – that is, syncope evidence (equivalent to various kinds of shock nowadays); the broad sense includes both illness and evidence, and the name is ” syncope disease evidence”, including syncope, syncope, syncope evidence. Each of the three has its own definition and implication.  (A) the meaning and scope of the syncope Meaning: due to depression, food, desire, obscenity, poison, the six evil spirits caused by qi rebellion, rise and fall, yin and yang of the qi does not meet, clinical manifestations to instantaneous fainting unconsciousness, cold extremities as the main symptoms, or with nausea and vomiting, sweating dizziness and weakness of a variety of transient mental obscurity type of lesions.  Scope: Chinese medicine clinical scope of gas syncope, blood syncope, phlegm syncope, wine syncope, food syncope, color syncope, round syncope, urine syncope, obscene syncope, corpse syncope, middle evil, summer syncope, cold syncope, fever syncope; modern medicine called hysteria, vascular syncope, neurological syncope, gas poisoning, alcohol poisoning, pyrexia, freezing, hysteria, hypoglycemia syncope and hypertension syncope, etc. (B) Meaning and scope of decompensation Meaning: due to severe trauma, burns or Large surgery, violent vomiting, violent discharge or warm disease hyperthermia, etc., so that the fluid, blood, gas, rapid depletion, organs, brain, etc., loss of moistening, Yin and Yang of the Qi is not in harmony with a critical lesion. Clinically, it is often characterized by sudden sweating, vomiting, diarrhea, hemorrhage, closed eyes, open mouth, and even mental coma.  Scope: Chinese medicine qi off, blood off, fluid off, yin off (dead yin), yang off (dead yang), both yin and yang off; modern medicine called fluid loss, blood loss, electrolyte disorders, hypotension, etc.  (3) The meaning and scope of syncope Meaning: It refers to a critical illness caused by a certain disease, internal trapping of evil toxins, or serious trauma and bleeding or internal injury to the internal organs, loss of fluid, depletion of vital energy, and the danger of the separation of yin and yang. The main symptoms are weak pulse, indifference or restlessness, cold extremities, little urine and decreased blood pressure. It can be seen in the critical stage of various diseases, and can also be caused by the development of syncope or decompensation.  Scope: In the critical stage of various diseases in TCM, when the positive qi is so weak that yin and yang are separated, syncope can develop as syncope, (including syncope off disease); in modern medicine, various kinds of shock include infectious shock, cardiogenic shock, hemorrhagic shock, fluid loss shock, anaphylactic shock, neurogenic shock, etc.
