Convulsions often manifest as twitching of the limbs and facial muscles, often accompanied by bilateral eye rolling, staring or squinting, confusion, sometimes accompanied by foaming at the mouth or twitching at the corners of the mouth, pauses in breathing and a blue face. The seizures tend to last within 3-5 minutes, sometimes recurring or even in a continuous state.
