The easiest way to determine throat cancer

There is no easiest way to determine pharyngeal cancer clinically. Patients can confirm the diagnosis through physical examination, laryngoscopy, imaging examination and pathological biopsy. 1. Physical examination: physical examination mainly includes palpation and diagnosis of appearance and cervical lymph nodes. 2. Laryngoscopy: the laryngeal cavity can be observed. Laryngoscopy mainly includes indirect laryngoscopy, direct laryngoscopy, fiberoptic laryngoscopy, NBI electronic laryngoscopy and stroboscopic dynamic laryngoscopy. Taking NBI electronic laryngoscopy as an example, it can not only see the tumor in the hidden part, but also has the function of magnification, and some tissues can be taken out under the mirror for biopsy, NBI electronic laryngoscopy can find the malignant tumor earlier. 3. Imaging examination: imaging examination mainly includes X-ray film examination, CT examination and MRI examination. The scope of local invasion of laryngeal cancer and the metastasis of lymph nodes in the neck can be clarified through imaging examination. 4. Pathological tissue biopsy is the gold standard for clear diagnosis. If the patient is not feeling well, it is recommended to go to regular hospitals for examination and confirm the diagnosis through doctors’ comprehensive judgment. Early diagnosis and timely treatment is the key to improve the survival rate of laryngeal cancer.
