There is no cure for blocked fallopian tubes with medication because medication alone will not open up the already blocked tubes. Common causes of tubal blockage include inflammation, tubal sterilization and conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
1. Inflammation: due to bacterial infection caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, tuberculous peritonitis, etc., involving the fallopian tubes to cause inflammatory changes in the fallopian tube area, if it is not controlled in time, the inflammatory exudate blocks the lumen of the tubes, causing tubal adhesion and blockage, etc., the tubes can be unblocked through hysterolaparoscopic surgery, and anti-inflammatory drugs, such as metronidazole, can be taken for treatment after the operation.
2. Tubal sterilization surgery: if the patient has the history of tubal ligation surgery, if there is a request for childbearing again, tubal reopening surgery can be carried out.
3. Conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy: mainly due to the ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment, the tubal pregnancy mass is not completely absorbed and lead to tubal blockage, can be surgically unblocked.
Tubal blockage belongs to substantial lesions, individual drug treatment may not make the fallopian tube open, should be based on different causes to take targeted treatment, drugs should be taken under the guidance of a professional doctor reasonably.
