Patients with severe renal impairment need to adjust the dosage according to the level of endogenous creatinine clearance, if the endogenous creatinine clearance is lower than 10ml/min, the daily dosage is within the range of 0.25-0.5g; if the endogenous creatinine clearance reaches 10-30 ml/min, the recommended dosage should be within the range of 0.25-0.5g every 12 hours.
