Vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy but no stomach pain may be caused by other reasons such as preeclampsia, ectopic pregnancy, hyperemesis gravidarum, and cervical polyps. 1. Pre-eclampsia: Pre-eclampsia may be related to chromosomal abnormality of the embryo, uterine deformity of the pregnant woman, viral infection, abnormal immune function, etc. Some pregnant women will have vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy but no pain in the stomach. 2. Ectopic pregnancy: Ectopic pregnancy is considered to be caused by tubal inflammation, tubal dysplasia, pelvic inflammatory disease and so on. Some of the patients in the early stage will show menopause, irregular vaginal bleeding, but not accompanied by abdominal pain. 3. Hyperemesis gravidarum: Hyperemesis gravidarum may be caused by the development of abnormally fertilized eggs, and the patients will have irregular vaginal bleeding after menopause, severe vomiting and other manifestations. Others: Cervical polyps and fibroids in early pregnancy may also cause vaginal bleeding without abdominal pain.
