If a harder lump appears in the chin area and is accompanied by pain, the causes mainly include enlarged jaw lymph nodes, jaw folliculitis and other diseases, as follows: 1. Enlarged jaw lymph nodes: A harder lump appears in the chin area, and if it is accompanied by redness, swelling, heat and pain, most of them are caused by enlarged jaw lymph nodes. Patients may even have symptoms of high fever, and most of them are accompanied by disorders of glucose metabolism, i.e. diabetes, which should be promptly treated with anti-inflammatory therapy, at a relatively large level of infusion drugs and medication. Also lymphoma or leukemia, can also lead to swollen jaw lymph nodes, if anti-inflammatory treatment does not work, a deeper examination should be performed to clarify the diagnosis; 2.
