How osteoporosis is best treated

There is no such thing as the best treatment for osteoporosis, and medication and rehabilitation can be taken in conjunction with the condition.
Drug treatment
(1) Mineralizing agents such as calcium chloride, calcium carbonate, calcium gluconate, active calcium, etc. and bone activators such as vitamin D are given.
(2) Bone resorption inhibitors, sex hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, tibolone, calcitonin, diphosphates such as alanophosphate, isopropoxyflavone, etc., and bone formation promoters such as parathyroid hormone, androgens, and anabolic hormones, etc.
2. Rehabilitation therapy: osteoporosis patients can also jogging, jumping rope, swimming, etc. to enhance muscle strength, improve the flexibility of ligaments and tendons, but need to pay attention to avoid excessive exercise.
In addition, osteoporosis patients need to follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment, do not recommend random drug treatment.
