What causes nephritis?

Nephritis may be caused by infectious factors, drug factors, disease factors and hereditary factors. 1. Infectious factors: these include bacterial infection, viral infection, mycoplasma infection, parasitic infection and fungal infection. 2. Pharmacological factors: Nephritis is related to pharmacological factors, such as anti-infective drugs, anti-tuberculosis drugs, antacid drugs and diuretics. 3. Disease factors: Nephritis can be secondary to systemic diseases, including renal tuberculosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, allergic purpura, various metabolic disorders, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension. 4. Hereditary factors: nephritis may be related to genetic mutations, such as hereditary nephritis. There may be other causes of nephritis, so we suggest that patients go to regular hospitals in time, improve the examination to clarify the cause of the disease, and then give targeted treatment or therapy under the guidance of the doctor.
