2. Baerui Granules is a Chinese patent medicine, which is composed of Baerui Herb. It is effective in clearing away heat and inflammation, relieving cough and resolving phlegm. It is mainly used for treating laryngitis, rhinitis, cold and flu, pneumonia and so on. The adverse reactions, contraindications and medication precautions of this product are not clear at present.
