Glutaminase is used to reflect hepatocellular injury, and the normal value is 5~40 U/L. ALT elevation of 5-15 upper limit of normal is moderate, and whether it is serious or not has to be evaluated in combination with other indexes of liver function and the results of imaging tests.
ALT 407 suggests the presence of liver injury, indicating that the patient may have viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver injury, cirrhosis and other diseases. Because the liver has a strong repair and compensation ability, purely elevated alanine aminotransferase cannot indicate the degree of danger, and should be combined with other clinical manifestations to determine whether the situation is critical.
In the case of AAT407 alone, it is recommended to take rest and oral treatment with dicyclomine, and review the liver function after one month.
If severe jaundice, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, ascites and other symptoms appear on the basis of ALT 407, it is considered that the condition is deteriorating and there is a risk of liver failure, so the patient should go to the hospital as soon as possible for targeted treatment according to the doctor’s advice. The above medications should be taken under the guidance of a doctor and should not be used on their own.
