How long does it take to get a period while breastfeeding

There is no exact time for menstruation during breastfeeding, it depends on your recovery status and varies from person to person. Under normal circumstances, if a woman is not breastfeeding, she will have her period between two and three months after delivery if her body recovers quickly. Some women can get their periods within 3-6 months after delivery, and a few even get their periods at the end of breastfeeding. Therefore, if you do not get your period within a short period of time during breastfeeding, you do not have to worry too much and can observe it for a while. If the mother does not have her period after breastfeeding, it is recommended to go to the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital for sex hormone six and ultrasound examination in time.
