Can uterine adhesions be recovered through self-exercise?

Uterine adhesions cannot be recovered through self-exercise and need to be given the appropriate treatment before recovery is possible. Uterine adhesions are usually caused by mechanical injuries such as abortion operations, curettage, or chronic inflammation such as cervicitis, low estrogen levels, etc. They can cause reduced menstrual flow, or amenorrhea, secondary infertility, and cyclic dysmenorrhea. If the exercise is improper or excessive, it may aggravate the degree of uterine adhesions. Therefore, when cavity adhesions occur, symptomatic medication or surgery should be administered depending on the cause and different needs. If there is no fertility requirement and no symptoms such as dysmenorrhea, conservative treatment such as medication can be performed under the guidance of a doctor; if there is severe dysmenorrhea, no menstruation and fertility requirement, uterine adhesion separation can be performed. After treatment, some lighter exercises, such as walking, can be performed to enhance the body immunity. In addition, patients with uterine adhesions should pay attention to a light diet, do not eat spicy and stimulating food, and keep the vulva dry and hygienic, change underwear regularly.
