Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets is a 5-hydroxytryptamine reuptake inhibitor, which can selectively inhibit the reuptake process of 5-hydroxytryptamine, increase the concentration of synaptic interstitial 5-hydroxytryptamine, and then play a role in enhancing and prolonging the effect of 5-hydroxytryptamine, which can ultimately play an antidepressant efficacy.
