Hypertension in pregnancy may not show obvious symptoms, or there may be symptoms of elevated blood pressure such as dizziness, as well as proteinuria, edema and other symptoms. 1. Elevated blood pressure: Women with hypertension in pregnancy often have elevated blood pressure, usually systolic blood pressure ≥ 140mmHg or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90mmHg, and may have no obvious symptoms, or may have symptoms such as dizziness, headache, and nausea. 2. Proteinuria: Hypertension in pregnancy may present with positive urine protein or positive 24-hour urine protein quantification, and exclude other disease causes such as renal or autoimmune diseases. 3. Edema: Swelling of ankles or lower limbs may occur. In clinical practice, when a pregnant woman develops high blood pressure, she should consult a doctor and have it corrected under the doctor’s guidance.
