Kidney cancer from early to advanced stage may take several decades or more, and some of them are advanced when they start to be found, and some of them may start to have no obvious symptoms, especially in early stage kidney cancer, many of which have no obvious symptoms and are not easy to be found. Different types or different stages of kidney cancer develop at different speeds. One of the most common pathological types of most kidney cancers is called clear cell carcinoma of the kidney, which has a better effect after early treatment, such as doing surgery for radical treatment, usually unilateral nephrectomy, and can be combined with bioimmunotherapy after the surgery, mainly applying interferon or interleukin-2 treatment. In addition, if kidney cancer has metastasis or is found in middle or late stage, targeted drug therapy can be considered. The commonly used ones are Sorafenib and Sunitinib, which can also delay the time of entering the advanced stage if the treatment effect with drugs is better.
