Shoulder joint dislocation abduction and external rotation can be reset by foot stirrup method, traction and massage method and Koch’s method. 1. Foot stirrup method: the patient lies on his back, the operator stands on the dislocated side of the patient, holds the forearm of the affected limb with both hands, and puts the heel of the foot in the armpit of the affected side, the two hands use stable force to pull and pull, and at the same time, the heel of the foot pushes the head of humerus outward, and at the same time, the upper arm can be reset with inward contraction. 2. Traction push method: three people need to cooperate, the patient lying on his back, an assistant with both hands holding the patient’s armpit to the healthy side of the traction, the second assistant holding the affected limb wrist downward traction and external rotation of the internal retraction, the operator’s hand in the armpit will be the humeral head outward to push back to the reset. 3. Koch’s method: the operator holds the wrist with one hand, flexes the elbow to 90 degrees, holds the elbow with the other hand, mildly abducts and externally rotates the upper arm, then internally retracts the elbow along the chest wall near the midline, and then internally rotates the upper arm, which can be reset at this time. After reset, the affected limb should be kept in the position of internal retraction and internal rotation, and the armpit should be put on cotton pads, and fixed on the chest with triangular towel and bandage, etc. Rehabilitation training can be started after 3 weeks, and some shoulder swinging and rotating activities can be done moderately under the guidance of the doctor. If the patient has a shoulder joint, it is not recommended to deal with it by oneself, and should go to the regular hospital for reset in time.
