Acne on the thighs can appear as folliculitis papules or even pustules. If it is more severe, cysts and nodules can also appear. It is a disease caused by endocrine disorders and Propionibacterium acnes infection, which is mainly an inflammatory disease and can cause the follicular sebaceous ducts to be blocked. In clinical treatment, oral isotretinoin soft capsules or vincristine capsules can be taken. If the pustular inflammation of the rash is severe, oral rosmarinic acid capsules may be used. For heavy inflammation, topical clindamycin phosphate gel or fusidic acid ointment can be used. For fine acne and cysts, topical adapalene gel, or ketocinone gel can be used with the treatment.
