Do blackheads go away on their own?

Blackheads do not disappear on their own in the vast majority of cases, and only in rare cases, they will slowly fall off with metabolism. Blackheads, also called blackheads, are usually caused by an infection with Propionibacterium acnes. After the tip breaks down or grows out, it oxidizes with oxygen in the air and forms a black sebum plug, which is known as a blackhead from the outside. When blackheads are superficial, they can be partially removed with washing and facial massage, but this is rare, and most cases require some intervention to disappear. Such as eating less fatty, greasy, spicy and stimulating food, not staying up late, keeping the facial skin clean to reduce excess oil on the face, and also choosing medical means to remove blackheads such as fruit acid, photon, CO2 laser fractional. Patients should reasonably arrange rest time, do not overwork or often in the state of staying up late, to ensure sufficient sleep to prevent the formation of blackheads.
