Early Changes in Stomach Cancer

Early stage stomach cancer patients usually have no obvious changes, and only a few patients will have indigestion, epigastric discomfort, belching (hiccups) and so on. As the disease progresses, the symptoms will appear gradually. Early diagnosis of gastric cancer is mainly through patient history, clinical manifestations, gastroscopy, histopathological examination and other comprehensive methods. Since there is no specific clinical manifestation in early stage of gastric cancer, the consultation rate of patients is relatively low, resulting in low diagnosis rate of early stage of gastric cancer. It is recommended that people with family history of stomach cancer and stomach disease should go to hospital for regular checkup.
