When breast cancer is reviewed one year later, it is recommended to do enhanced CT examination if the pathological stage is late and there is the possibility of recurrence and metastasis. Recurrent metastasis after breast surgery, common metastatic organs are lung, liver, bone, brain, etc. Enhanced CT examination of chest can check whether there is lung metastasis, enhanced CT examination of abdomen can check whether there is liver metastasis, enhanced CT examination of head can check whether there is brain metastasis, and enhanced CT examination is of better value in clarifying metastatic foci. Bone metastasis can be checked by whole-body bone scan. One year after surgery, in addition to enhanced CT, usually also do blood routine, liver function, kidney function, tumor markers, breast and axillary lymph node ultrasound to see whether there is metastatic recurrence.
