Is liver fire actually a deficiency of liver blood?

Liver fire is not liver blood deficiency, they are two different Chinese medicine symptoms. Liver fire refers to the symptoms of liver fire, mainly manifested by headache, irritability, tinnitus, dystocia (pain in the area of the ribs and coats of arms), and other symptoms of solid heat. Liver-blood insufficiency refers to loss of blood, loss of liver nourishment, and is characterized by dizziness, loss of vision, menstrual cramps, numbness and tremor of the limbs, and symptoms of blood deficiency. Liver Fire and Liver Blood Deficiency are both TCM symptoms, and Liver Fire is not Liver Blood Deficiency. The causes and clinical symptoms of Liver Fire and Liver Blood Deficiency are different. 1. Different causes: Exuberant Liver Fire is often caused by emotional upset, depression and fire; or internal invasion of fire-heat evil; or other diseases that involve the liver. Liver blood insufficiency is often caused by the weakness of the spleen and stomach and the inability to transport and transform; or excessive blood loss; or prolonged and serious illness, and the injury to the camp blood caused by the wrong treatment. 2. Different clinical symptoms: the common clinical manifestations of liver fire are dizziness, bitter mouth, red face and ears, irritability, tinnitus and so on. The common clinical manifestations of liver blood deficiency are pale lips, claws and nails, numbness of the limbs, dizziness, impaired vision, and low menstrual flow in women. If you have any of the above symptoms, you should consult a Chinese medicine practitioner in a timely manner and use medication under the guidance of the doctor to avoid the adverse consequences of self-medication.
