Adrenaline hydrochloride action

Epinephrine hydrochloride is an anti-shock vasoactive drug, mainly used for resuscitation of cardiac arrest and anaphylaxis, but also for the treatment of bronchial asthma and urticaria. During the application of epinephrine hydrochloride, there is a possibility of adverse reactions, individual palpitations, tachycardia, irritability, anxiety, tremor. Excessive doses and rapid application of intravenous rates may lead to sudden increases in blood pressure, resulting in cerebral hemorrhage as well as various arrhythmias. Patients with hypertension, cerebral arteriosclerosis, ischemic heart disease, hyperthyroidism, and diabetes are prohibited from using the drug, and allergy to the drug is prohibited.
