After surgery for gluteal myoclonus, the hip can usually return to normal after three months of rehabilitation training under the guidance of the doctor. Gluteal myoclonus is a disease caused by degenerative contracture of the gluteal muscle and fascial fibers and impaired mobility of the hip joint, which manifests itself in abnormal posture and gait when squatting, sitting and walking. Surgery to release or remove the contractured tissue is the most effective method. After surgery for hip contracture, the local tissues gradually recover after 3 to 4 weeks, at which time rehabilitation exercises must be actively carried out, starting on the second day after surgery, such as stilted legs, walking model steps and so on. Restore the range of motion of the hip joint as much as possible. Generally, rehabilitation training takes about three months. It is recommended to carry out standardized rehabilitation exercises under the guidance of the doctor after the operation, in order to strive for early recovery.
