Is there a relationship between blood in the leukorrhea and fibroids?

There are many types of fibroids, such as interstitial fibroids, subplasmic fibroids, submucosal fibroids, etc. The one that may cause blood in the leucorrhoea is usually submucosal fibroids, as they grow into the uterine cavity, protrude from the uterine cavity and tend to form a tip, and if infection, necrosis and bleeding occur, there may be bloody or purulent leucorrhoea with a foul smell.
