Is bloodshot white blood in the second trimester a sign of redness?

The leucorrhoea with blood in the second trimester is considered to be redness, but there are special cases such as lesions in the cervix, small amount of bleeding due to fetal head pressure, or the leucorrhoea with blood that may be caused by cervical bleeding after intercourse. If the blood in the white blood after 37 weeks of pregnancy and contractions start after 24-48 hours, it is considered to be redness because within 24-48 hours before labor starts, the capillaries will rupture due to the separation of the fetal membrane near the inner cervical opening from the uterine wall, resulting in a small amount of bleeding, called redness.
