Women with hematuria due to physiological factors can cure themselves; most of the hematuria caused by pathological factors cannot be cured by themselves and need to be treated.
1. Physiological hematuria: when the human body is in a state of tension and fatigue for a long time, or after strenuous exercise, a transient hematuria may occur, which is usually not accompanied by serious clinical symptoms, and can be recovered after rest.
2. Pathological hematuria
(1) Infection: women are prone to urinary tract infections due to their physiological structure. Mild urinary sensation through a lot of water, rest, reasonable diet, there is a possibility of self-recovery, after the recovery of urinary sensation, hematuria will also disappear. Severe urinary sensation cannot recover by itself, and anti-infection treatment is needed.
(2) Tissue injury: when tissue injury such as contusion occurs, red blood cells will also appear in the urine. Minor urethral epithelial injuries can recover on their own; severe urethral injuries or dissections require surgery, cystostomy, anti-infection treatment and other measures before recovery.
(3) Stones: smaller stones can be eliminated on their own; larger stones require lithotripsy medication such as tamsulosin or measures such as extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for recovery. Stone-excluding drugs need to be used under the guidance of clinicians, and unauthorized use of drugs is prohibited.
(4) Tumor: It needs treatment and cannot recover by itself.
(5) Other diseases: Hemophilia, poor platelet retraction and other diseases can also cause hematuria, which usually does not recover on its own and requires treatment.
