The heart is the master of the five organs, is the total hub of the blood vessels of the body. The heart is the master of the mind, the master of the blood. The mind is the spiritual consciousness activity, blood is the blood and meridians. In real life, any kind of bad emotion will be associated with it. Therefore, the heart is the most diligent and the most vulnerable. Without heart disease, the heart, liver, spleen, lungs and kidneys can only be replenished. There is a saying in the Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine that “the Lord is clear, then the lower is safe, and in this way to nourish life is longevity”, and the Lord here, means the heart. The heart controls human emotions, so the heart must first stabilize and calm down its emotions before people will live a long life. There is also a saying in the Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine that if the main body is not clear, the 12 officials are in danger. It means that if the heart is not calm, all the internal organs of the body may be in danger. As long as the heart does not have problems, the other internal organs will generally keep their place, happiness, anger, sadness, grief, fear and fear, these gods will not have any problems. In fact, joy, anger, sadness, worry and fear are all additives that enrich our lives. We can’t avoid them, but we can’t let them exist in our body for long. When faced with some bad emotions, what should we do? That is not to relent in anger and not to relent in time. Not to relent in anger is what Confucius said, which means to talk about things, to address things but not to others, to talk about problems and not to make personal attacks. The second is not to change the time, that is, do not let bad emotions affect you for too long. Also, if you have a bad mood in your life, try to take a deep breath before you go to bed to calm your mind. Whether we are happy or unhappy, it is our life experience, just like nature goes through spring, summer, autumn and winter. Since it is a very normal thing, we should look at it with a normal heart. In the heart of care, we should not only take care of specific organs, but more importantly, from the function up to nurture, nourish the heart from the following two points: (1) nourish the spirit – massage the Chung Chuan point.
