What is Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Stage IIa?

Stage 2a Hodgkin’s lymphoma is a condition in which there is either lymphatic invasion on one side of the diaphragm or extra-nodal organ invasion. There are four stages of Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which are mainly determined by the invasion of lymph nodes and extra-nodal organs. Stage 2a Hodgkin’s lymphoma means that there are two or more lymph nodes on one side of the diaphragm of the patient, or localized invasion outside the lymph nodes, accompanied by lymphatic invasion on the same side. Hodgkin’s lymphoma stage 2a patients belong to the early stage, more obvious to chemotherapy radiotherapy, but because of the existence of large side effects, so more take ABVD program treatment, the overall prognosis is also good.
