Chronic inflammation of the lower lobe of the right lung refers to the inflammation that occurs in the lower lobe of the right lung, which may be caused by pathogens that fail to be cured or fibrous foci left after cure, or by non-infectious factors. 1. The left lung is divided into two lobes, the right lung is divided into three lobes, and the lower lobe of the right lung is the lung tissue just below the right lung. 2. Chronic inflammation is usually caused by the prolongation of inflammation in the early stages of infection by specific pathogens that have not received standardized treatment, such as Klebsiella, Staphylococcus aureus, or Mycobacterium tuberculosis. 3. Inflammatory foci may also be caused by non-infectious factors, such as pneumoconiosis and silicosis. If chronic inflammation is found in the lower lobe of the right lung on imaging, the cause should be further identified and targeted treatment should be performed to prevent recurrent inflammation.
