Getting up dizziness and black eyes are considered to be caused by physiological factors or pathological factors such as hypoglycemia, transient ischemic attack and cardiac arrhythmia.
1. Physiological factors: When squatting or sitting, a large amount of blood is located in the lower limbs, and when standing up suddenly, the blood supply to the head is insufficient, causing transient dizziness.
2. Pathological factors
(1) Hypoglycemia: the disease is related to insufficient sugar intake, excessive sugar consumption and other factors. When hypoglycemia strikes, it is easy to cause some patients to have symptoms such as weakness, palpitation, sweating, etc. Some patients may also show dizziness and blackness when they get up.
(2) Transient ischemic attack of vertebrobasilar system: TIA of vertebrobasilar system mainly manifests as ischemia of brainstem, cerebellum, occipital lobe, problematic lobe and proximal part of spinal cord, and neurological deficit symptoms. The most common symptoms are transient vertigo, nystagmus, and unsteadiness in standing or walking.
(3) Cardiac arrhythmia: Severe cardiac arrhythmia leads to episodes of insufficient blood supply to the whole brain and dizziness, fainting and loss of consciousness, but there are often no neurological focal signs and symptoms, and dynamic electrocardiographic monitoring and echocardiographic examination often reveal abnormal findings.
It is important to consult a doctor for examination in order to clarify the disease and then follow the doctor’s instructions.
