Two flavors of Chinese medicine can treat brain atrophy is false.
There is no such disease as cerebral atrophy in the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine, and it is generally diagnosed as forgetfulness and dementia according to the symptoms, and different medicines are used according to different symptom manifestations.
Early symptoms of cerebral atrophy are mainly characterized by forgetfulness and slow reaction. In Chinese medicine, it is generally diagnosed as amnesia.

In the middle and late stages of cerebral atrophy, there is obvious loss of memory, mental confusion, unsteady walking, stupid behavior and incontinence of bowels. If there is insufficiency of the medulla oblongata, the patient can use Qi Fu Drink to tonify the kidney and fill up the essence; if there is deficiency of the spleen and kidney, the patient can use Yu Shao Dan to tonify the kidney and strengthen the spleen; if there is phlegm and turbidity clouding the orifices, the patient can use Wash the Heart Soup to strengthen the spleen and resolve the turbidity; and if there is excessive fire in the heart and liver, the patient can use Huang Lian Xie Du Tang to remove heat and diarrhea.
