What’s wrong with your right shoulder, back and arm pain?

There are more causes of right shoulder and back arm pain, such as muscle strain and joint injury, frozen shoulder, cervical spondylosis, and internal organ lesions.
1. Right side muscle and joint injury: such as improper exercise causing localized right shoulder and back fasciitis, right shoulder muscle strain, rotator cuff injury, right side cervical vertebrae misalignment, etc., which presses the peripheral nerves of the right shoulder and back or right brachial plexus nerves, which can cause right shoulder and back arm pain.
2. Frozen shoulder: commonly found in women around 50 years old, the main cause is due to adhesion and contracture of ligaments and joint capsule around the shoulder joint. It will cause obvious pain around the shoulder joint.
3. Visceral lesions: radiating pain will occur when pain occurs in certain visceral diseases, such as cholecystitis, pleurisy, inflammation of the right lung, and so on.
4. Cervical spondylosis: Neurogenic cervical spondylosis can also cause pain in the right shoulder and back of the arm when it presses the right dorsal shoulder nerve or the brachial plexus nerve of the right shoulder and arm.
When the patient has the above symptoms, he/she should consult a doctor in time, and at the same time exclude other causes.
