Minimally invasive extraction is a new concept to remove the affected tooth with minimal trauma. Minimally invasive extractions should be pursued regardless of the type of tooth affected, and wisdom teeth are no exception. Wisdom teeth are more difficult to extract because of their greater variability compared to other teeth, so minimally invasive extraction should be chosen in this case. Minimally invasive extraction has special instruments for minimally invasive extraction, including surgical splitting drill, turbine and minimally invasive extraction kinda, through these special instruments, the resistance can be better removed. Minimally invasive extraction of wisdom teeth is needed to ensure clear surgical field, gentle movements during surgery, and reduced debridement, resulting in less postoperative reaction and less pain and swelling for the patient.
