Is it better to have a high or low ApoA?

Typically, it is considered better to have a high ApoA than a low ApoA in a clinical setting. The main role of ApoA in the body is to transport HDL. So if the truck, which is the transportation carrier, has a high ApoA, it means that the goods being transported also have relatively more HDL. At the same time as HDL in the body can play a role in anti-atherosclerosis, prevention of coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and so on. So when there are more goods and more trucks, the health of the body is more favorable and better. But ApoA also has a normal range, i.e. 0.92-2.36 g/L for men and 0.8-2.10 g/L for women (the reference range varies with different measuring instruments). In general, it is sufficient to maintain the normal range. Adoption of a healthy lifestyle is recommended. If you feel unwell, it is advisable to consult a doctor promptly.
