Nituzumab does not usually cause thrombocytopenia.
Nituzumab is a functional monoclonal antibody drug for the treatment of malignant tumors. In many clinical studies, the main adverse reactions associated with this drug have been found to be nausea, fever, chills, headache, vomiting, weakness, chills, anemia, cyanosis of the extremities, and decreased blood pressure.
Rare adverse reactions include mainly dry mouth, hematuria, drowsiness, dysphagia, disorientation, flushing, elevated creatinine, myalgia, precordial pain, and elevated aminotransferases.
Take care not to receive any form of immunotherapy or vaccination during the infusion; do not consume alcoholic beverages before or after using this drug.
Therefore, nituzumab does not cause thrombocytopenia. After the discovery of thrombocytopenia should be timely consultation to find out the cause of the disease, timely treatment.
