At present, the preferred and most effective treatment for liver cancer is still partial hepatectomy, which, together with interventional and other treatments, can improve the therapeutic effect of liver cancer. Hepatocellular carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of liver, accounting for about 90% of the cases. The malignancy of hepatocellular carcinoma is relatively high, therefore, early diagnosis and early adoption of comprehensive treatment mainly based on surgery are the keys to improve the therapeutic effect of hepatocellular carcinoma. The preferred treatment for liver cancer remains partial hepatectomy, and statistics show that the 5-year survival rate after hepatectomy for liver cancer is 30%~50%, and the surgery can be performed through open abdomen, or carried out laparoscopically or robotically assisted. Factors such as the number of tumors, the degree of differentiation and the level of AFP will affect the outcome of the surgery. Interventional therapy is to inject embolic agent and anti-cancer drugs after reaching the hepatic artery via femoral artery cannulation, which can have better therapeutic effect in conjunction with surgery. Hepatocellular carcinoma patients need to go to the hospital in time to get a clear diagnosis and treatment plan, and use medicines under the guidance of doctors, avoiding self-medication.
