Roxithromycin capsules and amoxicillin which effect is not scientific, clinically there is no good or bad drugs.
Roxithromycin is a macrolide antibiotic, which can be used for pharyngitis and tonsillitis caused by Streptococcus pyogenes, sinusitis and otitis media caused by sensitive bacteria, pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae or Chlamydia pneumoniae; urethritis and cervicitis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis and other diseases. Adverse reactions include nausea, vomiting, headache, rash and so on.
It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to Roxithromycin and its components, and those who are allergic to other macrolides. It should not be used by pregnant and lactating women.
Amoxicillin belongs to the penicillin class of drugs and can be used for upper and lower respiratory tract infections, genitourinary tract infections, soft tissue skin infections, acute simple gonorrhea and so on. Adverse reactions include diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, maculopapular rash, urticaria, liver function abnormalities, thrombocytopenia and so on.
It is forbidden for those who are allergic to penicillin and those with allergic constitution. Use with caution in pregnant and lactating women, patients with renal insufficiency.
