Rectal lymph nodes do not indicate that it is cancer, it may be caused by inflammation, metastasis of malignant tumors. Normally there are no lymph nodes in the rectum; lymph is an immune organ that is widely distributed in the body. The presence of lymph nodes in the rectum may be caused by infections caused by a variety of microorganisms or by lymph node metastases from malignant tumors, and does not necessarily indicate cancer. Local microbial infections lead to lymphatic immunity, and lymph nodes develop reactive hyperplasia to fight the infection, which may result in the development of lymph nodes in the rectum when infection occurs in the rectum or in neighboring areas. Lymph node metastasis of malignant tumors can occur in several parts of the body, such as liver, colon and other parts of the malignant tumor metastasis to the rectum. When lymph nodes appear in the rectum, it is recommended that patients go to the hospital as soon as possible to improve the examination to clarify the diagnosis, if necessary, combined with pathological tissue biopsy and other methods to confirm the diagnosis.
