A survey shows that 49.2% and 10.1% of the obese and lean people in coronary heart disease respectively, most of them are obese first, and coronary heart disease occurs after about 7-8 years, obesity can increase the incidence of coronary heart disease because: 1, obese people consume too many calories, while increasing weight, so that the heart load and blood pressure are elevated, thus increasing myocardial oxygen consumption. 2, high-calorie diet, cholesterol, triglycerides and blood pressure rise, prompting the formation and aggravation of coronary atherosclerosis. 3, obese people reduce physical activity, which hinders the formation of collateral circulation in coronary atherosclerosis. 4, obese people often make the biological role of insulin in some people is weakened, that is, these people’s body to insulin resistance, in order to maintain a more normal blood glucose level, then the formation of hyperinsulinemia, and ultimately lead to the body’s blood sugar rise. Under the long-term high load pressure, the function of insulin secretion is gradually weakened to the point of failure, forming diabetes, which is a risk factor for atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease. Therefore, we must clearly understand the multiple hazards brought about by obesity, adjust a reasonable dietary structure, strengthen physical exercise and prevent obesity in order to remove the soil from which coronary heart disease arises.
