Endometrium 8mm is not necessarily pregnancy. It is not scientific to determine pregnancy by the thickness of the endometrium. Thickening of the endometrium can only mean that the endometrium is proliferating and thickening. The endometrium will start to thicken gradually from the time of clean menstruation until just before menstruation, when the endometrium will start to peel off and bleed. An endometrium of 8mm may be near the time of ovulation or may be near the time of menstruation, and it is not possible to tell if you are pregnant. To determine whether you are pregnant or not, you usually have to pass a pregnancy test. Currently, a relatively reliable test is the blood HCG test, which must be checked about ten days after sex to verify whether you are pregnant. If you use an early pregnancy test to detect pregnancy, it is recommended to use a urine test with an early pregnancy test 7-10 days after menstruation stops to detect pregnancy.
