If the size of testicles is not the same, it is recommended to go to the hospital for further examination to clarify the specific causes: 1. If there is orchitis or epididymitis, the size will be different, and the testicle on the affected side will be enlarged in size, hardened in texture, or there may be hard nodules when touching it, which needs to be clarified by ultrasound examination of the scrotum. 2. The volume of the testicle on the affected side will be slightly enlarged, and the thickened and tortuous spermatic cord blood vessels can be felt around the testicle when touching, accompanied by localized swelling or pain, and also accompanied by the symptoms of testicular prolapse on the affected side, which need to undergo spermatic cord blood vessels ultrasound and scrotal ultrasound examination to confirm the diagnosis. 3. If there is sheath effusion of the testicle, the volume of testicle on the affected side will be enlarged, and there will be tumor on the affected side of the testis. If there is an increase in the size of the testicle on the side with tumor and accompanied by changes in the texture and density of the testicle, ultrasound examination of the scrotum is needed to confirm the diagnosis.
