How long can you live with liver cancer that has metastasized to the hilar lymph nodes?

Liver cancer metastasis to lymph nodes indicates that the patient’s condition has developed to advanced stage of cancer, if not actively treated, he/she can probably survive for about 3 months, if he/she actively cooperates with doctor’s treatment, as long as he/she can control the tumor’s growth, development and proliferation, the survival time will be prolonged. Liver cancer belongs to malignant tumors, patients with liver cancer metastasized to lymph nodes will have shorter survival period, if they do not cooperate with doctors’ treatment, the tumor will accelerate the deterioration, and the survival period will be very short, usually between 3~6 months. Liver cancer metastasized to lymph nodes should be evaluated whether it can be surgically resected or not, if it can be surgically resected, surgery should be arranged as soon as possible, if it can’t be surgically resected, interventional, targeted therapy, chemotherapy and other treatments can be considered. Targeted therapy can largely prolong the survival period of the patients, most of the patients can survive for about 1~2 years, and some of the patients’ survival time is even longer. Most patients can survive for about 1~1 year, and some patients can survive longer. Liver cancer metastasized to lymph nodes should actively cooperate with doctor’s treatment and keep a good mindset, which can prolong patients’ life. https://www.rwys.com/articlecontent/118418
