What causes night sweats in women

Night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep and stopping after waking up) in women may be caused by insufficiency of heart blood (insufficient blood in the heart) and deficiency of yin fluid.
1. Insufficiency of blood in the heart: too much thinking, damage to the heart and spleen, or blood deficiency after blood evidence (non-physiological bleeding disorders) can lead to insufficiency of blood in the heart. As sweat is the fluid of the heart, blood does not nourish the heart, and sweat is leaked too much, causing spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, aggravated by sweating with a little movement) or night sweating.
2. Deficiency of yin: Excessive exertion, overwork in the room, and heat illnesses that injure the yin can deplete the yin. If yin deficiency occurs, fire will be generated within the body (the lack of yin in the body leads to the production of fire and heat), forcing the fluid to leak out of the body, resulting in sweating, which in turn leads to night sweating.
If a woman has night sweating, she should go to the hospital in time to find out the cause of the disease, do not blindly deal with it on your own, so as not to delay the condition.
